Great buying experience. I came up to buy a travel trailer advertised through the internet. The sales lady was pleasant to work with and was able to get the parts and service department to set up our trailer with a new hitch right away. We were in and out in less than two hours and drove away with our new trailer. Just "HAPPY CAMPERS" with the whole transaction. Parkway is the kind of business that you will come back to.

Emergency: We broke a jack on the weekend and the service department was closed, but the store manager said he would open just for us and helped us out. Top notch stuff here from a company that understands camping needs.

I recently had the great fortune of bringing my New Forest River travel trailer to Parkway RV and in a half an hour Thure, the Sales Manager, and two of his mechanics fixed an awning problem that had plagued me for months!!! My original dealership has displayed nothing but incompetence since I purchased this trailer in October o 2017. When I am ready to trade you can bet I will come back to Parkway RV and visit Thure!!!

We bought a Lance camper at Parkway this year and have been very pleased with the customer service we have received here. They were easy to deal with during the sale and the work necessary on our truck to accomodate the camper and were friendly and professional. We did have a problem with the camper slide after some use and they got us in for repair promptly and were friendly and efficient with the work as well as being very helpful with additional details to keep the unit working well. This is the first RV dealership where we have done business that we would return to again without reservation.
